Shipping & returns.

$8 flat rate on orders shipped within the United States, for up to 3 products per order.

We currently ship to US addresses only.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

If it isn't for you, return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Opened products can't be returned for hygiene reasons — but if something arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Email hello@nordo.skin with your order number and what you'd like to return. We reply within 48 hours with return instructions.

Once your return arrives, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with a photo if the parcel or product is damaged. If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, get in touch and we'll chase the carrier with you.
