These Terms of Service govern your use of nordo.skin and your purchase of NORDO products. NORDO is operated by Duvdex LLC, Miami, Florida, USA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email hello@nordo.skin with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

• Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery within the USA takes 3–7 business days.
• International shipping is available — delivery times and customs fees vary by destination.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

NORDO products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Results vary based on skin type, consistency of use, and individual factors. We make no medical claims. If you have a skin condition, allergies, or concerns, consult a dermatologist before use. Patch test recommended.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

All content on nordo.skin — including the NORDO name, logo, product photography, and copy — is the property of Duvdex LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duvdex LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
